Step by step for tutorial in magazine.

Step 1: Sketch. Doing the concept here. Not too care about the anatomy. Will fix it later on the next Step.

Step 2: First lineart. Fixing the anatomy first, leaving the clothes behind. Not perfect, but it looks quite good. Well, it’s going to be covered with clothes anyway.

Step 3: Adding clothes. Change my mind, changing the sailor suit uniform into blazers.

Step 4: Fixed lineart.

Step 5: Basic color.

Step 6: First shading. Doing simple one tone shade first, detail will come later.

Step 7: Details in finished product.
